MY PARCEL NOT DELIVERED

I am extremely disappointed with Speedaf. My Shein parcel was never delivered, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received no clear updates or assistance. Their customer service was unresponsive and failed to provide any accountability for the delay . This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company that is supposed to handle deliveries efficiently and reliably. I hope Shein will not be using Speedaf again and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy courier service.
