Lying and taking people for a ride
If I could give negative ratings, I would! I placed an order via Temu on 20 July. The package arrived and cleared customs on 26 July, yet I STILL do not have my parcel. When I enquired about the parcel on 1 Aug, they said I could expect it to be delivered that weekend. Nothing was delivered! I contacted them, and asked where it was, they then said it's on the way the the Western Cape, yet it arrived in the Western Cape on 28 July. They are lying ****bags! And their tracking counts for nothing! I had ordered a parcel from Shein on 27 July and it arrived on 04 Aug via Buffalo Couriers. Speedaf is the WORST!!!

22 Aug 2025, 19:50As of today, I have still not received my package from Temu. It was shipped over a month ago now, so Temu had to refund me, as per their promises.
At this point, I'm guessing that someone at Speedaf has ****** my order.
The details for when the package was going to be delivered was updated with the same messages every few days.
You cannot get hold of them.
I have warned Temu and Shein of this service.
With Shein, you can at least put a request for them not to use a particular courier company after you've placed your order.
