Lost parcel by this Courier company Speedaf

This company is not reliable, I've ordered a parcel from Aliexpress and they used this company to ship my parcel. It's been due for delivery but my parcel has never arrived. On my profile it clearly state not delivered I must contact Speedaf to reschedule for delivery but all their contacts are on voicemail. Hence before realizing this problem I was once called by their agent to confirm delivery of my parcel, now he respond to me that the driver has delivered the parcel when I check with the driver written on my tracking info by the name Garrett Mnisi confirmed he never came by my place to deliver in a while.
