I’ve ordered things from them it’s been 2/3 weeks and my parcels have not arrived till to date

I’ve ordered things from them it’s been 2/3 weeks and my parcels have not arrived till to date.i keep on receiving emails that my parcels have been sent to a shipping company named “Speedaf “ today I received another email saying my parcels are out for delivery around 8h13 am till now I’m still waiting
