It is a pity there isn't anything lower than 1 star. They just lie, lie and lie some more. It starts with the customs fees which are quite often the same as or in excess of the cost of the goods... all the way to claiming you are contactable, yet no attempt to contact you has been made. Email, good luck. ****ing into the wind is more constructive. Whatsapp, haha what's that? If you're lucky there is a nonsense response a day or 2 later. They make the Post Office look professional and efficient.
