I'm so sad about the speedaf service they did me dirty and I need the order by 25 September i have to go somewhere

I placed an order on 8 September in Shein and the delivery date was between 16-23 September and now my order has been transferred to courier since 15 September and it is not moving they are not answering my texts I placed another one on 10 September and it was delivered on 21 September i want to know about my first order I need the order and the delivery date is ending on 23 September and they are avoiding me not answering my texts when I call them they say the agents are busy the whole day how come the agents to be busy the whole day
