I have not received my order from Speedaf

I was suppose to get my order from them between the 7-14 of September. Yesterday the 16th of September I got a call that my order is coming and the courier lady only came to my area around 18h30 and it was dark. While I was waiting there she would call and claim I am not at the stop that time is was so cold. She was so rude and blamed me for not finding my stop, like why come when its dark to a place you don’t know? She took my parcel back with her after i waited them for like 30minutes!

Today its the 17th of September 14h30 and I am still waiting for my order. I honestly don’t don’t know why shein works with such courier companies
