I am so disappointed with their service

I am so dissatisfied in Speedaf, i placed an order on Temu on the 15th of September and the estimated date for delivery was between 22 and 29 and even today i did not get my parcel when i track the status it says parcel issue (Rescheduled) how when i've been waiting for the lady that called me at 12:30 saying she has my parcel but didn't even call again later or even deliver
