Extremely Poor Service and Delays from Speedaf Logistics

I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from Speedaf Logistics regarding my Shein order. My parcel has been delayed for days with no clear updates or communication from Speedaf. Every time I check the tracking information, it shows confusing or repetitive updates that don’t explain where my parcel actually is.

I’ve tried contacting Speedaf several times, but getting a response or any helpful assistance has been almost impossible. This delay is causing me serious inconvenience because I’m travelling soon and I urgently need my package before my departure date.

Speedaf needs to take accountability and improve their communication, tracking accuracy, and delivery speed. Customers deserve reliable updates and professional service—especially when orders are time-sensitive.
