Horrible service from Speedaf

My parcel has been stuck there for a while now and I've been trying to reach them via with WhatsApp it takes me to +*** but when I press contact details on the Shein App the number there is +(27) *** and, when you call the number that's there (27) *** that robot voice tells you their agents are busy to use WhatsApp then it hangs up on you. if you do get to speak to an agent they act as if they can't hear you. I can't even get their address so I can go collect my parcel ZA*** myself from them. What's annoying me is that my friend order last week she has received her parcel and even logged a return for her things, clearly the problem is speedaf cause if it not them handling our parcel we get our things on time. a week before this last order I heard ordered stuff from shein the logistics company was not speedaf i got my thing with 7 days. This speedaf company is a ****ty company and they ***********.
