Horrible courier Company

I placed an order through AliExpress, and on the scheduled delivery day the courier claimed they were unable to reach me by phone. My phone was on the entire day, and I did not miss a single call on 1 December. They then emailed me asking for an updated number to send to their WhatsApp contact, which I provided immediately — yet I never received any follow-up. On 2 December, the tracking update suddenly showed that my parcel had been sent back to the distribution centre. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable
