Extremely poor communication and failure to deliver – shameful service

The most unhelpful and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. There is a complete lack of communication, and when you do manage to get hold of someone they speak to you as if they are doing you a huge favour instead of simply doing their job and delivering packages.

Every time we tried to make contact we were brushed off and given no proper explanation as to why our package was not being delivered. Eventually I found a WhatsApp number on Facebook for Wadene from Speedaf. Speaking to her made almost no difference – she simply suggested it would be better to ask for a refund.

Utterly useless service. Shameful.
