Dissatisfied

I ordered my things on the 19th of October on SHEIN and my order has been stuck in Hong Kong for days now with no movement. When I try to track my parcel it says no tracking records found. I have been very patient, but I can see that time is not on my side because I really need those parcels as soon as possible. I have really given up because the order is not even moving
