Disappointed

Really disappointed with the service, my parcel has been "out for delivery" now for at least 4 days. My parcels are always received by Security at the gate, thus there is always someone to accept the delivery. The driver who has had my parcel with her since last week sent a message early yesterday morning that she will be delivering yesterday. I told her she can leave it with security. She then wanted me to send a copy of my ID, which I initially did against my better judgement. Then I spoke to her on the phone and she was clearly pre-occupied giggling with someone in the background while talking to me, but said my parcel will be delivered by noon. It is now the following day and my parcel has still not been delivered. Sorry Speedaf, but this is not great service at all.
