Courier delivery ****

Worst courier service I've ever dealt with. Checked tracing and found parcel states delivered. Got hold of Speedaf and was sent a photo showing date and time of delivery. No delivery was made and I was at home at the time given. No signature and not my hand writing. Speedaf say they will find out, no reply since, messages are full and number is not available. No address, no answer of calls. These people are ****ming the public, saying they've delivered but haven't and there is no recourse. Filling a charge of ***** with the police.
