Complaint to Speedaf

I made an order on the 2nd of November and payed the taxes on the 5th of November. Its already been over 9-12 business days and there has been no communication. I tried calling them and they never pick up the phone. They said that they were in the process of delivering but I never received my parcel and I got an email saying it was an unsuccessful delivery even though I had my phone on me and I was at home at all times.
