Bad service for Speedaf

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Speedaf Meili. My sister ordered clothes worth R2000 from Shein and paid R500 in customs fees, but the delivery was a nightmare. The status was stuck on "delivering" for 2 weeks with no updates. When we tried to contact Tshireletso, the person responsible for the delivery, he gave us vague excuses and eventually claimed they were ******, including their phones. However, it's suspicious that he was still able to answer calls and then suddenly stopped responding. We've tried calling and messaging him, but he's unresponsive. It's unacceptable that we've had no communication or updates from the company since then. We suspect that the clothes were ******, and the customs fees were not refunded. I would not recommend Speedaf Meili to anyone due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.
