Bad service

This has got to be the worst courier service ever.. Not only are they disrespectful by not responding to a text message on WhatsApp but one can never get hold of them via mobile. I ordered from temu a month ago and still no delivery. Their tracking information is completely wrong as one day it said out for delivery then two days later it said at depot. Like really now.. I spoke to a temu customer service agent and they are just as clueless regarding my delivery.. If temu doesn't stop using this company they will loose many customers unfortunately. The latest on my delivery is that it will be delivered soon. No date or day just soon. Their shoddy service speaks volumes and I do not recommend
