Bad service

I am so disappointed in their service because I ordered on Temu everything was ok I paid the taxes and they even noticed me that my delivery is on its way but then it no call from the driver then after I did a follow up after 2 weeks they said the driver could not get hold of me I mean I always order online and get delivery on time then after a month still nothing till they said I must pay again for my item to be delivered very disappointed
