Bad service

What in the hell is this? how do you cancel a delivery that you took at 7am in the morning without informing the client. Napo Moloi is the reason why people that deserve this job dont have it. I buy monthly on temu. Do not assign Speedaf to me anymore they service is sucks. I want my delivery tomorrow. They have no sense of agency, if the parcel says out for delivery it means i should receive my parcel that same day ZA***T
