Bad service

I made an onlinr purchase with Shein on the 21 December 2024 still waiting, they used Sppedaf and on the 03 they confirmed my order has been collected and will be delivered still today nothing. Yesterday received an email from Shein that my order was delivered i work from home did not receive my parcel. I have been ordering from Shein and it was the first time they used Speedaf for me normally o receove my order with in 6 days after ordering. I don't blame Shein i blame Speedaf. When you call it goes straight to voicrmail
