BAD COURIER COMPANY AND SERVICE

I am so disappointed in this courier company, my package should have been here by the 7/08 according there email they send me. I phoned them the lady said she will arrange with the driver to deliver my package before 17:00 because that is until when I am at work. She never came back to me with an answer the I phoned again and explained to a guy what is going on. He told me if the email said it will be delivered that day then it will be. I never received the package yesterday. This morning, I try phoning them over and over, but no one is answering, or the land line does not work.

I want my Shein package that I paid for, and I paid then courier fees.
