Absolutely the Worst Delivery Service!

If I could give Speedaf Express zero stars, I would! This has been, without a doubt, the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I have ever had with a courier service. My order was delayed far beyond the promised delivery time, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received nothing but excuses and false promises.

What makes it even worse is that they are completely unreachable on the phone! Every time I tried calling, I either got no answer or was put on hold indefinitely. When I finally managed to get a response, it was full of lies—one representative assured me my package was on the way, only for me to find out later that it hadn’t even left their facility!

The lack of accountability and professionalism is shocking. They have no respect for their customers’ time and seem to think it’s acceptable to give misleading information instead of actually resolving the issue. If you’re considering using Speedaf Express, do yourself a favor and look for a more reliable service. I will never trust them with a delivery again!
