Placed order on Aliexpress, have no say in who to use for courier. Paid Customs as soon as it was sent. Got a call on 24.11.25 to say they driver is outside my house, I got my husband to go to the gate there was nobody, so I told the driver he is at the wrong house and whatsapped him the address and pin location. 26.11.25 Support whatsapp tells me my parcel is out for delivery. No parcel, 27.11.25 The driver tells me the parcel is out for delivery but its not his area so its been given to another driver. No parcel. 28.11.25 Whatsapp support tells me its out for delivery. I tell them this is frustrating as I need to make sure that somebody is home to accept parcel. At 13.58 I get an email from Aliexpress to say the delivery could not be made and that I had rescheduled. How could I reschedule when I have had no phones expect the one on 24.11.25. None of the phone numbers or email address for this company get answered. The whatsapp support is very limited so no communication with this company.
