Absolutely ZERO customer service

If they could get no stars I would give that. No support infrastructure. Their socalled "Call center" has a generic recorded message and no actual agents exist. The Whatsap support line doesnt respond either. There is literally NO channels for enquiries. They apparently phoned multiple times, but their calls are flagged as "SUSPECTED SPAM" so it gets blocked by my phone. Absolutely useless couriers. If I dont get my package, I will request a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Total clownshow.
