Absolutely utterly appalling service from Speedaf, most unfriendly, unhelpful, rude drivers, I have been fighting with since Friday, Hector and Mimi,Friday and Monday respectively, as well as who ever was supposed to drop the parcel yesterday

Absolutely utterly appalling service from Speedaf, most unfriendly, unhelpful, rude drivers, I have been fighting with since Friday, Hector and Mimi,Friday and Monday respectively, as well as who ever was supposed to drop the parcel yesterday. And then yesterday eventually after phoning numerous times since Friday, and not getting through or the phone just being put down in my ear, Xenobia, the "Supervisor" at the end of this phone number ‪+***4‬, just put the phone down in my ear, on an obviously furious customer. I just explained the whole situation to the first lady that insisted on hearing the story, after specifically asking for the supervisor ....then Xenobia the supposed "Supervisor" gets given the phone and I am expected to explain again.... The service is non existent. I have also tried to email Speedaf with no reply. Please anyone wanting to buy from Temu, think twice. Speedaf is the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with.
