Absolute disgust, disapproval and disappointment!

Absolutely diabolical service from this so called “company”! I’ve been waiting almost three weeks now for my package to arrive! The is little to none communication from them. How is it possible that my package arrived in Limpopo 7 days ago, yet the only update says “in transit”? When you try to contact them, it’s useless because yoy receive zero feedback. I can not believe this! Buffalo is so much better! If only we could choose the third party courier company when ordering, I’m sure they would go bankrupt.
