I took out a loan with Wonga in May 2023 and made payment same month. Mid June i lost my and informed Wonga and did not get any response, a follow up emails were also sent and still did not get any response. I was only contacted in August to finalize the arrangement i was begging Wonga to make which they debited my account once and then handed the account over. This is a **** and *******
