Unfairly Treatment

<p>Last week at speed trainer Bellville Cape Town i bought 2 sneakers and a cap to the value of R1249.00. The service that i received from them was excellent because they guys were making a sale and i was happy, so now this week when I decide to return the cap back with the original receipt that i purchased with I'am now told there is no cash refund and I asked why was i never informed of this when the were making the sale and they showed me a fine print on the slip and they said its their policy, my argument is that every shop or retailer in SA , if you have the orignal receipt you are entitled to get your cash refund and only when its lost you get a voucher.</p>
