Set Aside was Sold

On Friday afternoon i popped into one of my newest favourite sneaker store, Speedtrainer in N1 City. I saw a pair of Lebron sneakers i really liked but never had my wallet on me. I asked the gentleman behind the pay point to set it aside till 14:00 Saturday (the next day) he said it was no problem and put my business card on the box. He promised me it wouldnt be sold. Today at exactly 14:00 i went to the store. My regular awesome lady consultants were on duty. The young lady brought me a uk size 6. I immediatly noticed that it wasnt the size i asked to be set aside as i wear a uk size 6.5. the poor lady tried her best to assist me and was very helpful. I was just so dissapointed in the service from this gentleman who apparently works for their head office. My heart was set on that particular sneaker. Please rather leave the awesome staff in that storw and dont bring in people that arent able to meet the high standards set by the regular perment staff.
