Caterpillar boots faulty

<p>I bought a pair of caterpillar boots at the store on lay buy, I paid it in full within 2 months. I walked with the boots once and returned within 3 days stitching went loose. They gave me a 2nd pair within 3 days I returned the boots, the stitching went loose again.They wouldn't refund my money and made me call their head office on my own expense. I drove to their shop twice from Cape Town cbd to Stellenbosch. They didn't make any attempts to give my money. Stellenbosch is a student area students use their pocket money to lay bye shoes for them and this is the kind of exploitation they are exposed to. They have no good practice policies, render poor services and items of poor quality. They are unprofessional and do not comply with the customer protection act of South Africa.</p>
