No one can service & repair my machines

I have 2 Speed Queen tumble dryers and 1 Speed Queen washing machine, I have be trying for the past 4 months to find someone to service these machines for me, without any luck. I live in Phalaborwa Limpopo. I have send 2 emails to Alliance Laundry Systems LLC and had no response to date, is there anybody that can assist me with this matter. I feel that if companies are allowed to sell products in our country they must have service back for these products.
