industrial irons

Our old age home bought 2 industrial irons last year march.( costing us almost R5000) In November we had to send them back because the irons were rusting!!!! Earlier this month we send them back again.The one iron is still not steaming and the handles are so hot you cant touch it.After complaining to the technician he promised to have a look.He also said they must take the teflon off for the steam to come through and the handles not to get hot.We just received them back.The one iron still not steaming the way it should!Both the irons are so black you cant iron without the teflon!!!The last time I insisted that they replace them but no we have to wait for repairs every time !!!In the meantime we sit without irons and every time have to wait for more than a week!!!
