Bad Service in repairs

I would advise people not yo go to this place as i was advised but thought i would take a chance! I took my car in for a turbo exchange as it was starting to worn out but never use to smoke allot of white smoke when it idles and after they have replaced the turbo my car is throwing out white smoke and now sais my valve temp seals are worn but when they were working on the car and gave it a major service then they said nothing. And they also just install parts and quote you for it that you havent asked for.
