Don't honour their merchandise purchases

Placed an order and paid for a t-shirt with speed and sound on the 04 th September 2023. To date I haven't received my order or any feedback. I have tried contacting them via cell phone, what's app, Facebook and Instagram. They are blocking my comment on their page and not providing me with any feedback. All I want it the t-shirt for my nephews birthday or a refund. I don't even want to buy their magazines anymore 😞
