absolutely disgusting service. 8 weeks NO VEHICLE

I had a motor vehicle accident. Reported it. And claimed for it. Besides for my premiums being excessively high already and the excess amount also being ridiculous, their associated dealers/accredited panel beaters from which I had to choose from a list of less that 10 for the entire cape town area. <br> I chose one from the list. This companies name is AUTOMAGIC in Stikland (belville/kuilsriver). They assured me my car would be 1 to 2 weeks maximum for a bumper respray and tail light replacement. I had to keep calling them twice a week until the 7th week. The 8th week on the Thursday morning, I received a call sayig my car is ready. No \I'm so sorry for the delay"";and they said that there were parts available. I then called spectrum to complain and ask them to reduce my excess because of their **** up (making me have to choose from a list of ******** dealers). Everyone passes the buck. No one does anything. Truly disgusted in service levels. Very sad"""
