********* behaviour from alleged registered Medical Cannabis supplier.

Spectranoid Medicinal (being owned by Hugo Enoch Hayes and his wife Marlise Hayes) prides themselves on being a registered medicinal cannabis producer and supplier - ESS 322. I became an agent and placed an order on their website. Haze offered a 35% commission and on 27 May 2019 he ran a special. I placed the order for products as advertised on website, amongst which I ordered a 500ml Canna balm for R899. `the product I received did not resemble the product advertised at all. It seems to be a cheap aqueous cream with some leaves in. I queried the product and was assured by both Hugo and his assistant Ithumeleng that I will receive a replacement product or a refund asap. There was also a commission amount due to me and that was supposed to be settled the first Thursday after the sale. Needless to say, I have spoken to Ithumeleng several times and tried to contact both Hugo as well as his wife Marlise, with no luck. How is it possible to deceive the public like that? I would like both Hugo and his wife Marlise Hayes to be taken to task on this matter. Should this be a ****, I would like the public to be made aware.
