Worst service ever.

<p>I was ask via email to submit my salary income to them by which they derermine your monthly contibution. No special format of any was mentioned oin how they needed it so i send it on a pdf format.</p> <p>On my side the email was send and delivered to ********** were they said it must be sent to. As time goes by I got an email stating that my membership has been suspended due to outstanding contibution not paid. Never did i receive a mail stating my new contribution so I did not understand what was going on because i have been with the scheme form 2011 and this is a first for me as i did do the payment. I then noticed that they increased my contibution to the highest premiem because there reason is that they did indeed received an email with an attachment from me but they could not open the attachment and therefor they did not receive my salary income. </p> <p>It's been 2 months now and i'm still paying the amount that i know I should be paying according to my sallary and still i'm suspended because they are now investigating the matter (for 2 months now). They told me that as form 1/7/2016 my contibution will be the same again as it was (as the amount i have been paying) but for the month of May and June I need to pay the high premium because they see it as that they only now received the proof of income now.</p> <p>One thing that does not make sense is that the one they only received now, after i formatted the original email is that they can open the attachment. Why could they not open it when I send it the first time but now they can.</p> <p>Please if any one can give me some advice as to how i need to go about.</p> <p>I have a daugther at the age of 5 and can't afford not to have medical aid.</p>
