worst medical aid ever

Where to start... trying to get through to them takes all day then when you do they all sound very depressed and are not very helpful. They ***** up with the debit order and this becomes my problem.. they suspend my medical aid with no notice (because of their ***** up) Aaaah...not happy. Would not recommend them to anyone.
