Worst Medical aid

I'm not a person that complains, but hell this place is drive me to insanity.<br> From an awesome service provider to the worst.<br> Why do we phone to get authorization numbers if the medical aid can't pay the outstanding accounts?<br> I have receive numerous accounts from Doctors, Hospitals, pathologists etc. and they all complain that my account has been rejected. <br> Spectramed's excuse is that they have not received the accounts but that is all lies, all these doctors have send me the rejection emails from Spectramed.<br> You guys are on date to receive your money from your customers, but when it comes to claims you are the last to assist <br> You guys are busy driving your loyal customers away.
