Worst medical aid!

<p>For 3 months Spectramed have deducted the incorrect contributions from my bank account, after written confirmation that they've corrected this, once again the wrong amount this month! So far, 18 emails in 3 months, and no solutions! Just 2 or 3 notifucations that my membership was suspended!! When I visited their offices in Boskruin in January to find out how much Savings I have, the figures were totally wrong, compared to the amounts I got from the Cape Town head office! Not sure what staff they employ, really unprofessional and total lack of knowledge! Would never recommend this medical aid!!</p>
