The worst medical aid ever

<p>I cancelled my medical aid in June 2016 and I received an email in Sept 2016 telling me that I owe 3000 rand. Had no emails since June they are useless I wanted to upgrade what a mission. I cancelled my medical plan on the same day after the upgrade came through and they said I have to pay full premium price for 1 month why must I pay I got nothing out of them. They paid my 1 hospital visit after a huge fight so I'm really not impressed with spectramed. The way they treat ppl is pathetic. I ask them recently for statements for the amount of 3000 and got completely ignored but they quick to hand someone over. </p>
