Terrible service delivery and misleading of member

I have never in my life encountered such a shocking medical aid, one that does not care, one that does not pay their clients their moneys back for PMB conditions and rudely puts the phone down when clients phone them, who charge Co Payments for PMB conditions when they know it is ******* to do so and ignore every attempt to retrieve the said moneys returned, each time my MRI cost me 1500, and its *******, they are well aware of this yet are in blatant disregard of the law of the medical aid schemes and sadly their members are also not informed of this, and this despite their high charges. I unfortunately cannot change medical aids due to my MS and have to stay with this *****ed medical aid, but I will make sure the media and medical aid ombudsman know about this.<br> When I had my back op it was approved but they refused to pay for the radiology needed to perform the operation as well, and the list never ends of bad service, call takers putting the phone down on me, emails never rep**** to, and money spent on doctors visits not being refunded.
