Still waiting for Spectramed Refund

<p>I was a Spectramed Medical Aid member for 23 years until I resigned from the fund in January2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date I have still not been refunded my savings and upon enquiry I am told that I have to call on the 15th of evey month to see whether my name is on the list for refunds. Is this a lucky draw or lottery?</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid my membership fees for 23 years and now I'm just a lucky draw ex-member.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really disgusted and considering reporting this behaviour to the ombudsman.</p>
