Stay away, Stay away!!!!!

<p>Spectramed service is shocking!! We are still awaiting feedback and support from various people within Specramed – Nathan, Charlotte, Monja De Beer, Thato! Not one of those individuals has come back to my father. Nathan from Spectramed advised in December on my father’s installment for January 2017, there was also a statement with the same amount. However, in January an x amount and more than R1200.00 extra than the said statement amount was deducted, without informing or updating the statement??? Now, Spectramed is saying that Nathan made a mistake – Why should my father pay for your employee’s mistake? We have in writing the amount – does your documents carry no value – also, we have been requesting call recordings for December – but nothing has been sent. My father is a pensioner and the amount you deducted is more than 50% of his earnings – it is a R1600.00 increase from last year!! And since when does R7-8k falls within the highest earning bracket. </p>
