Spectramed - What a bunch of ****ers!

I am so glad that we cancelled with Spectramed and moved to Discovery. Now after not being with them for a year and 4 months we get e-mail from a company called Ergometrix. Firstly they send you an sms saying that you own money with the bank details. There is a number but does not exist, after e-mail Ronell Visser she says all the lines was just busy when you tried to call. Getting an account which is for a Casper Johannes De Lange which is not even me, and then the cheek of making a paying arrangement. What the hell how give spectramed after nor being a member with them for more that a year to hand over the account and now wants to black list you. Seriously this not on. Spectramed is the worst medical aid ever, and you should give 3 months notice. Really ridiculous. Also we were without a medical aid for a month because of spectramed billing system. I am not leaving this here and I am reporting this. Were can the medical aid just decide a year and 4 month later oh sorry you own me money hand the account over without contacting me first. I am not impressed. They are loosing customer and now is looking for money!!!
