Spectramed refusing to give me a Tax Certificate

I called the call centre and and spoke to a Chantal Boarder, whom I politely requested a tax certificate from for our membership that we no longer have with this *********** company anylonger. I submitted my tax return and just got a call from SARS asking me to urgently submit it to them. She told me I have to wait until the 7th of July as that is the date that she was given that it would be ready.... 1st place why isn't our certificates ready when needed before tax season, secondly when I requested one she is telling me that I will have to wait like everybody else as there is nothing she can do., I then requested her to send me an email stating that she is refusing to give me a statement. She then said she is not refusing but I must just wait. I asked her to send me something in writing to this affect so that I can submit it to sars, she then advised that she would. Obviously I haven't received anything from her.
