Spectramed Poor Services and *****

<p>HI ALL !!!<br /><br />I have cancelled my medical aid in September 2016 already with Spectramed as they have decided to take R700.00 more for contrubition. I never signed any forms that they are allowed to deduct more then suppose to from my debit orders . I had endless issues regarding this and terrible customer support by phone as staff gets arrogant just hanging up on you .Ive been 9 Years with them and Services are extremly poor.</p> <p> I spoke a couple of times to n guy by the name Thato Monoa he said he would get back to me , and more then a week passed ,where I phoned him back eventually but customer s****s... (there aint any..). Eventually they decided to bring my contrubition down but first need to pay one month more then they will bring it down but refused to refund me for the extra money been taken . Ive told them that I cant afford it and a lady told me she could cancel my medical aid .so she did . I phone in later to make sure its been cancelled and it has been confirmed .5 month went by and this morning 14th Feb 2017 I got and email that I owe them nearly R4000.00 out of the blue for the past few months never received anything no invoices or anything..BUT NOW I NEED TO PAY AGAIN .. <br /><br />Im in ,will definitely go to Cart Blanche regarding Spectramed poor services and ***** .!</p>
