Spectramed not captured claims after 2 months!!!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed 31 March. Sent claims 4th and 7th April for dentist and sedationist. Called Spectramed 23 April 14h18 and after a 46min phone call with 3 different departments was told the claims had not been captured yet and was assured the claims would be escalated. By 12 May claims still not captured!!! Never mind paid. I am a single mom and have a medical aid for a reason so I don't have to carry medical costs. I don't have R6000 lying around to pay these costs either. Also the call centre agent leaves me on hold for 10 min trying to get information. They ask me questions about previous calls that should be on the system right in front of them!!! Spectramed's service sucks and I am now being threatened with legal action by the dentist and anaesthetist.
