Spectramed False information

Once again, Spectramed Medical Scheme, false promises, join get all these benefits then when you need them they say you are not covered. Need to be book into hospital on Monday, to be told you are not covered for that hospital, you have to pay up front 30% OUT OF MY OWN POCKED. You Get told when signing one can go to any hospital on the Scheme. WHAT A LIE AND ***** !!!! Been Phoning since Friday to get Pre-Authorization and No help. we will phone you back still no phone call back. Then I have to phoned again, to be told no go ????? I can not express my ANGER and USELESS Help From Spectramed Medical Aid. You Really Need to get your FACTS in place when you want clients to JOIN you Spectramed. All these false Promises to you Clients....You are covered for all these Benefits looks so good then now I need it to be told no you are not covered for that. Before I signed I asked am I covered for these certain procedure YES OF CAUSE you are. LIES LIES LIES.
